The Country House Garden

This award winning garden around the recently renovated home and gardens near Cirencester won the award for the best barn conversion in the South West 2012. We designed and built the warm and contemporary garden around a converted barn. Using structural planting and Cotswold stone walls we divided the existing blank canvas of a garden into a series of rooms, these included a space for outdoor entertaining with a dining terrace and pizza oven, fire pit seating area, water lily pond, kitchen garden, fruit cages and an orchard leading to the children's garden with summerhouse.

A separate garden was also created for the 3 beloved family dogs complete with dog composting toilet. The space around the office garden was screened from the rest of the garden by an avenue of pleached trees to create a formal entrance and define the work and entertainment spaces in the garden.
